MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Shirley Residence
December 15, 2004

  1. President Graeme Shirley called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. In addition to the President, the attendees were Philip Dunn and Jim Skelly. Other Board members and guests arrived after adjournment.
  2. Dunn gave a quick update on the 30 km USA Race Walk Championships January 23 at the Chula Vista marina.
  3. The President noted the absence of a quorum and adjourned the meeting at 7:01 p.m.
