President Ken Bernard called the meeting to order at 7:20 p.m. In addition to the President and Secretary, the attendees were Lolitia Bache, Linda Gorman, Kevin Heaton, Joni Shirley, and Jim Skelly.
The Board approved the minutes of the meeting of December 18.
The President gave the Treasurer's report. The checking account balance as of February 10 was $14,134.92 while the certificates of deposit were another $16,000.
The Board discussed the Awards Dinner. The earliest date available is March 13.

The Secretary noted that a recent TAC Executive Report announced an increase in sanction fees due to insurance cost increases.
Skelly reported on a Track and Field clinic hosted by the Amateur Athletic Foundation of Los Angeles on February 8, 9, and 16, which was conducted very well.
The Board approved a motion by Heaton to pay a $200 monthly subsidy for the SDTC News Calendar.
