MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Balboa Park Hall of Champions
February 17, 1999

  1. President Ken Bernard called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. In addition to the President and Secretary, the attendees were Lolitia Bache and Joni Shirley.
  2. The Board approved the minutes of the Annual Meeting of December 16, 1998.
  3. The President gave the Treasurer's report. The checking account balance was $5615.08 while the certificates of deposit were another $16,000.
  4. The Board discussed the presentations for the Awards Dinner and reviewed the program.
  5. The meeting adjourned at 8:43 p.m.
